Health Tourism™ – Privacy & Service Policy Addendum

SinaTradeArts SPC’s Health Tourism™ division facilitates medical access by connecting patients with verified physicians, clinics, and hospitals both locally and internationally. All services are governed by strict privacy, ethical, and operational standards to ensure equal protection for patients, partners, and the company.

1. Patient Access and Matching

Patients may request medical consultations either by submitting a physician request form or by engaging in direct advisory sessions. SinaTradeArts SPC will assist in identifying suitable medical professionals based on the patient’s needs and preferences.

2. Collaboration with Medical Institutions

SinaTradeArts SPC enters into formal agreements with licensed physicians, hospitals, and clinics for promotional and referral purposes. All partners are contractually obligated to uphold medical ethics, patient confidentiality, and service transparency.

3. Appointment Coordination

Upon request, SinaTradeArts SPC may coordinate appointment scheduling between patients and medical providers. This includes in-person visits and international online consultations for surgical procedures or specialized treatments.

4. International Reach

Health Tourism™ services are available across borders. Patients may be matched with international specialists and receive virtual consultations prior to travel or treatment. All international engagements are subject to applicable laws and medical regulations.

5. Equal Rights and Responsibilities

All parties, patients, medical providers, and SinaTradeArts SPC are entitled to equal protection under this policy. Patients have the right to informed consent, privacy, and transparent communication. Providers and institutions are entitled to fair representation and contractual clarity. The company reserves the right to enforce compliance and protect its operational integrity.

6. Service Fees and Compensation

International consultations and coordination services are subject to professional service fees. Patients will be informed of all applicable charges prior to engagement. Compensation for medical professionals is governed by individual agreements and must be honored in full.

7. Cancellation and Missed Appointments

Cancellations or missed appointments are subject to the policies of the respective hospital or clinic. Consultation fees paid to SinaTradeArts SPC are non-refundable under all circumstances.

8. Data Protection

All personal and medical data shared through Health Tourism™ is handled in accordance with international privacy laws. Data is encrypted, securely stored, and shared only with authorized parties for service delivery.
